More developements in my Christmas story =D

Rhiannon noted with amusement that a water-hose was trailing the end of the zebra named Martha’s tail. After a bit Martha ducked into a tall patch of trees, confusing Violet and Julius. Violet came bounding up to the wolf pack.

“Hey, guys, have you seen where Martha went?” She asked panting and out of breath.

“Hello, Violet, and yeah, she ducked into those trees,” Lydia replied nodding her head towards the trees where they all had seen her disappear.

Violet bounded off after Martha while Julius stayed behind to chat with the wolves.

“Do I want to know why Martha has a water-hose stuck on her tail?” Markus asked. Julius started laughing.

“Martha got it stuck on there by accident and Violet and I have been trying to help her get it off,” the big black bear explained still laughing. Everyone joined in.

“So, Martha still doesn’t know that you two are trying to help her?” Midnyght asked completely and totally amused by it all. Julius shook his head still chuckling.

At that moment Martha came galloping out of the forest and into the clearing with Violet following close behind. Rhiannon had only to glance at Markus to know that he was thinking the same thing that she was. They rallied the rest of the pack and Julius and told them of their plans to help Violet get the water-hose off of Martha’s tail.

Markus, Rhiannon, Lilith and Lydia were to go on ahead of Martha and Charis, Midnyght, Armand and Julius were to help Violet who was beginning to get tired.

Rhiannon led Markus and the others to her favourite hideout and there they crouched, ready for attack.

“What are you guys up to?” A voice behind them almost scared them into blowing their cover.

The company turned their heads to see Lucian grinning from ear-to-ear. Markus and Rhiannon quietly briefed the panther on their plan to help out Martha; which he offered his services and they accepted it gratefully. They all then turned back to what they were supposed to do. When Martha neared them, Rhiannon thumped her tail on the ground three times as a signal and out sprang the four wolves and panther from the hideout like Tigger coming out of a cannon and pounced on the unsuspecting zebra. Violet, Julius, and Lucian pinned Martha to the ground while the wolves clamped the hose between their strong jaws and pulled on that hose until it finally came off.
